Our website uses various "social plugins". These plugins are shown as graphics under various texts and are clearly recognizable by the respective logos or lettering of the provider.

When you visit our website, these plugins establish a direct connection to the respective company's servers. The content of the plugins is designed by the network operator in such a way that they communicate directly with your browser. We therefore have no influence on which data is collected and passed on, how and to what extent.

However, by clicking on the graphics it is in any case possible and likely that by sharing our website you will transfer corresponding data to the respective companies, which could possibly save them.

Even without directly clicking on it, it is possible that data such as e.g. Your IP address will be saved.

For the exact scope of the data collection, please contact the respective company directly.

By logging out of the corresponding company services, you can in any case prevent or severely restrict the transmission and collection of data.

The respective browser manufacturers also offer corresponding add-ons that can prevent data collection.

Due to the rapid technical development and the large number of companies, plugins, addons and browsers, it is not possible for us to provide a complete overview of addresses, contact details and types of programs.

If you have any questions, please contact us on the telephone number shown or by electronic means.

As a website operator, we are of the opinion that the use of these plugins is necessary to support and promote our website and our business presence. If you disagree or if you have any concerns, please leave our website and clear your cache.

We use Google Analytics to analyse website usage. The data obtained from this is used to optimize our website and advertising measures.

Google Analytics is provided to us by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google processes the website usage data on our behalf and is contractually obliged to take measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the processed data. We have a Data processing agreement in place with Google Ireland Limited (Art. 28 GDPR). Other Google entities based in the US are part of the Data Framework Agreement.

Google Analytics is processing the following data after consent is given:

  • Pages viewed

  • contact enquiries and newsletter registrations

  • length of stay, clicks

  • Your approximate location

  • Your IP address (in abbreviated form, so that no clear assignment is possible)

  • Source of origin of your visit

This data is transferred to Google servers in the USA. We would like to point out that all Google companies seated in the USA are part of the Data Privacy Framework
(https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/).

Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID with which you can be recognised on future visits to the website.

You can revoke your consent at any time afterwards.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and tracking tools efficiently. Google Tag Manager is a tag management system provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data. It facilitates the integration and management of third-party tools, such as Google Analytics or other marketing services, that may collect data. These tools operate under their own privacy policies, and their data collection practices are not controlled by Google Tag Manager.

For more information about Google Tag Manager and how it works, please visit Google’s Privacy Policy.

Facebook Tracking/Pixel

We use a tracking function from Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland) on our website. We have implemented a code on our website for this purpose. If you have come to our website via Facebook ads, Meta can track your behaviour on our website by storing activities in a cookie on your computer. These cookies enable Meta to match your user data (customer data such as IP address, user ID) with the data of your Facebook account. The data collected is anonymous and cannot be viewed by us and can only be used in the context of adverts. If you are a Facebook user and are logged in, your visit to our website is automatically assigned to your Facebook user account.

All Meta companies that are based in the USA are part of the Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Meta. For data processing that is not carried out on our behalf, you can also contact Meta directly.

You can revoke your consent at any time afterwards.

In addition to the Meta Tracking Pixel, we also use the Conversion API. This enables us to send data directly from our server to Meta, improving tracking accuracy and maintaining marketing effectiveness even when cookies are restricted.

We may utilize an external server provided by Stape or OneTrack.io to facilitate the connection between our website and the Meta Conversion API. These services act as intermediaries, ensuring secure and efficient data transfer.

The use of these services involves processing limited user data such as anonymized or pseudonymized identifiers, event details (e.g., purchases, sign-ups), and browser information.

Data Security and User Rights

All data processing is performed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy regulations. Personal data is either anonymized or pseudonymized wherever possible.

Users have the right to:

  • Request access to their data.

  • Withdraw consent for data processing.

  • Opt out of tracking by disabling cookies in their browser settings or using tools like the Meta Ad Preferences.

For further details or questions regarding your data, please contact us at support@somaticdancetraining.com

Google Fonts:

External fonts, Google Fonts, are used on this website. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). These web fonts are integrated through a server call, usually a Google server in the USA. This will tell the server which of our websites you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the terminal device of the visitor to this website is also saved by Google. Data protection at Google Remarketing

This website uses the Google remarketing service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Through this technology, users who have already visited the websites of this company and are interested in the offer are addressed again through targeted advertising on the pages of the Google Partner Network.

For this purpose, so-called cookies are stored on the user's computer. Cookies are small text files from which a website can recognize that you have already visited it at an earlier point in time.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address is then shortened by the last three digits by Google, so a clear assignment of the IP address is no longer possible.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

Third-party providers, including Google, place advertisements on websites on the Internet. Third-party providers, including Google, use stored cookies to place advertisements on the basis of previous visits by a user to this website.

Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data. You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with future effect. You can deactivate the use of cookies by Google by calling up the page to deactivate Google advertising https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Alternatively, users can deactivate the use of cookies by third parties by calling up the deactivation page of the network advertising initiative.

However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you declare that you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner described above and for the purpose stated above.

You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with future effect. We would like to point out that Google has its own data protection guidelines that are independent of ours. You can find more information on Google's terms and conditions in Google's privacy policy
